Terms and Conditions

• Completed applications must be received by December 31, 2019.
• Participants must completely fill in all fields on the raffle entry form with valid information, including their name and contact information.
• All entrants must be New Jersey residents 18 years of age or older.
• The subject property must be located within the state of New Jersey.
• Promotion organizer reserves the right to block, remove, or disqualify any entrant in its sole discretion.
• To receive this promotion, participants must mention this promotion at the time the quote is initially requested.
• Limit 1 gift card per person, entity, household, family, property, and automobile.
• If we are unable to obtain a quote for the requested property, the participant will not be entitled to a gift card.
• The organizer reserves the right to modify the promotional period and rules at any time without prior notification
• No purchase necessary.
• This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
• The winner shall be responsible for all tax liabilities if any.
• Each participant grants a complete release to promotion organizer, technology insurance associates, LLC, InsureYourCompany.com, and InsureYourHome.com.
• By participating in the promotion or requesting a quote, you agree to allow promotion sponsor to contact you via phone, email, text, social media, and mail. You further agree to receive promotional marketing material from the raffle sponsor.  Standard phone, data, and messaging rates may apply.
• This contest is governed by the laws of the state of New Jersey. Any and all disputes concerning this contest must be brought in the State Court in the State of New Jersey.
• All potential winners are subject to verification by the promotion Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Raffle.
• Promotion Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Raffle, or any part of it, at any time.
